Carlo Ancelotti has agreed to become the next Chelsea manager. The Italian who left AC Milan yesterday was the clear favourite to suceed Guus Hiddink, who has returned to Russia. Ancelotti will take the reins offically on July 1st in time for pre-season.
This will be to former AC Milan and Juventus manager's 1st club outside Italy. He won 1 Serie A title with Milan aswell as one Coppa Italia, 1 Italian Supercup, 2 Champions League titles and 2 UEFA Super Cup titles.
Carlo Ancelotti becomes the 5th foreign coach of Chelsea since Roman Abramovich took over in 2003 and the 2nd Italian after Claudio Ranieri.
